Powers
The Voyager is an ageless an vastly powerful entity existing in ectoplasmic form only partiality in sync with reality. In addition to creating human extensions of itself whose identities and memories it can absorb, it can disrupt spells, alter human perceptions, change form, and presumably perform many other magical feats. Apparently only mystics and its own creations can perceive it.

Significant Issues
See Handbook Bibliography

Little is known about the Voyager's past except what it has itself revealed, its true nature, whether as angel, demon, elemental, conceptual being or something else entirely, remains uncertain. By its own account, it was cast from the Cascade, a realm of infinitely interconnecting dimensions that some perceive as Heaven. Billions of years ago, possibly during the creation of the universe itself. Consigned to bleak hopeless realms, hell-worlds and half-dimensions as far below conventional reality as the Cascade above it, Voyager spent uncounted millions of years ascending from its exile but ultimately proved unable to escape the earthly plane, where, on Earth itself, the human race was taking its own first steps into existence.
