The Dimension of Manifestation has been used by the abstract beings to get their physical bodies. The Dimension of Manifestations contained reflections of every manifestation that they had constructed. The Magus used the Dimension of Manifestations to create the doppelgangers of the heroes of Earth-616 universe, in a battle that would later come to be known as the Infinity War.
The Dimension of Manifestations existed in a realm of the outside of the Earth-616 universe. It was unknown to most normal physical beings of the Earth-616 universe. Although a few of Earth's super-powered hero population had sought the help of the Prime Manifester, Anthropomorpho to battle the extraterrestrial being known as the Beyonder, in an event that came to be known as the Secret Wars II.
