Terry was a member of the Elite Mutant Force and, alongside his brother Jesse, were known as the Bedlam Brothers. Often seeing hanging in the nightclub "Heaven" with his brother rather than doing his work, Terry and Jesse were all about fun. However they did stop a suicide bomber from destroying Heaven and came to arrest Scarlett McKenzie for being a spy for the Human High Council. When Apocalypse ordered the cullings of the prisoners in the breeding pens, Terry and Jesses decided to rebel and help Cyclops escape for freeing the prisoners. Shortly thereafter, Terry and Jesse decided get out of the city to avoid getting captured.
