Heads up Web-Heads! Activision's newest addition to the virtual realm of Spider-Man is finally here with the highly anticipated release of "Spider-Man: Friend or Foe"!
When the world's safety hangs in the balance, Spider-Man must team up with some of his worst enemies to defeat a common foe bigger than any they've ever seen. Gamers can play as Spider-Man and a number of extensive supporting cast members, toggling back and forth between characters throughout the game. Encounter a familiar villain? No problem, whoop his butt Spider-Style and he's yours for the playing. Also expect to team up with plenty of heroes from the Marvel Universe from the likes of Iron Fist, Blade and more!
Still not convinced? Need a short break from "Halo 3" (we said short, you know you can do it)? See for yourself! Before you buy the game, give it a little test run; courtesy of Microsoft, a free playable demo of Activision's "Friend or Foe" is available at the Xbox Live Marketplace! All you prospective Web-Slingers out there need is an Xbox 360 and a little Internet action to spice things up. In no time, you can join Spider-Man and two of his unlikely comrades on the rainy rooftops of downtown Tokyo in either Single-Player or the all-new co-operative mode, never before featured in a Spider-Man game. So what are you waiting for? Swing onto the nearest console and beat some baddies!
SPIDER-MAN: FRIEND OR FOE, rated E10+, boasts a killer storyline written by scribe Brian Reed (MS. MARVEL) and is available NOW for Xbox 360, Wii, PC, DS and PS2.
