considering US law,
someone could always take it the supreme court as unconstitutional and get it overtuned. (having to register could endanger their lives and the people they love because any vililain could hack in and get the info, hence hindering their 'pursuit of life, liberty and happiness')
I'm surprised how many DO support the registration act.
I'm not a cap or iron man fan but I know I'm on Cap's side- a hero's a hero and shouldn't be forced to register for a list of names. Are the villains really going to register? And sadly, all I can think about when registering people is Nazi Germany with the Jews- it isn't right (imo).
I'm wondering if this is to be representitive with the patriot act issues over the years?

tony stark is making several sneaky moves to help out his outlaw buddies, like hiring titanium man to attack him on his way 2 court! if hes sooo into helping them, then why is against Captain America's side? please explain

How I think Civil War will end
I think (and kinda hope) that Captain America will be allowed to state his case in congress and have the law appealed, but something horrible will happen before congress over rules the law. I thinking something along the lines of either Mary Jane, aunt May, or Spider Man (which i doubt but would be cool to see) himself getting killed because of the forced unmasking. And I said forced because Spider Man is now Iron Mans pet, yes I said it.

SPIDER PET
fox is right spidy is IM bit%$. but I dont think this will end, if marvel is smart. it use to be that masked(or un masked) super heros were rogue, viglantants, living outside the law. now the seem mainstream in the marvel U. gov funded, publicly know(GD F4)super teams it never felt right to me. marvel has a perfect opp. to return the U back to that.
long live the civil war

yes, i realize that is a bit extensive but considering how much reality marvel likes to pump into their stories of late, it's providing an out without going, "woops! here comes wanda!" :) I personally could care less about civil war and also I hate all the reality being pumped into the books. I appear to be in the minority on that, but I miss the far out adventures (i use comics to ESCAPE reality, not compound it) and as someone else stated, being heroes tied to the governement SEVERELY limits your capacities as a hero. All the red tape and junk.
I like my heroes as vigilantes, giving villains a red-arse beat down when the government can't :)
I'm with thefoxwings- now where can I get THAT civil war button?

Civil War Ending
I think something really climatic will happen. For sure, somebody close, and dear to Spidey will die, or be severely injured, but I think it will go farther than that. I think for all things to come to an agreement, Captain America will have to die (Nooooooo!!!!), and that will make the world realize that with this stupid Law, one of the greatest heroes died. Then again there's still the whole '42' thing that Reed, and Pym are working on.

Please tell me... thatīs not true
CIVIL WAR..... I love it!!!!!!, Mark Millar itīs an excellent writer, but.... well I donīt now itīs something that I read a few hours ago... so I looked for the Marvel Forum, email or something to post in. No forum, no email... instead there were blogs.
Itīs true that Iron Man and Reed Richards would be Skrulls???, The New Warriors who died in the first AWESOME issue of Marvel Civil War are actually Skrull impersonators????? And that Tony Stark has engineered the entire Civil War in order to get the all the Skrulls currently impersonating superheroes?????? Please, please donīt do that, it will kill the whole event!!!!!!! would be a shame that all the CIVIL WAR plot is actually a Skrull plan?!!!!!
I love the political allegory in the book that makes comics grow up, character and scripts evolve in something more... Those books shows how forced registration of persons would spark a civil liberties controversy, and thatīs great!!!! some people (and not only comic book fans) see this as a reflection of the real world and thatīs the main difference with others superheroesīs comic books..... so that you tell me that all this CONFLICT itīs a Skrull plot???
Really..... I hope be wrong and please donīt do it.
Take it easy guys...
